1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon confirmation.

For deliveries to Singapore, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days from the date of shipment.

• Our shipping schedule is Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).
• Delivery timelines during special campaigns (e.g. 12.12, CNY) will be announced separately.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for self-tracking purposes.

In the event of delivery delays, we recommend reaching out to our delivery partner for the latest updates. Alternatively, our customer service team is available to assist you if needed.

Please note that we do not have control over the operations of our courier partner, and we appreciate your kind understanding.

1. 2. Taxes & Duties
   All product prices are inclusive of Sales Tax, but exclude any applicable Customs Duties (Customs Fees).

   Under normal circumstances, orders below SGD 400 are not subject to customs duties.

   Orders exceeding SGD400 may be shipped in multiple parcels. If applicable, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

   Please take note that your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
