Returns & Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Customers are required to provide a valid return shipment proof (e.g. tracking number). Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email service@a-legend.biz with the relevant details.

Customers are required to provide an unboxing video and supporting evidence, including:

1. Clear video showing the unboxing process (from opening the parcel)
2. Photo of the airway bill (AWB)
3. Photo of the outer packaging (all sides, if possible)
4. Photo of the inner packaging and product condition

If applicable, please also include photos of protective materials such as bubble wrap or fragile stickers.

Customers are required to return the product, and SNOVA will bear the return shipping cost.


3. Allergic Reactions
In the rare event that you experience an allergic reaction and believe it is caused by our product, please contact us at service@a-legend.biz with details of your condition, along with clear photos for our review.

We will assess your case and determine the possible cause. Please allow up to 5 working days for investigation. Based on the outcome, you may opt for an exchange or a refund.

4. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days (excluding Public Holidays) upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued based on the total order amount, excluding any delivery charges.
